Personality

The Personality pillar offers young people guidance, emotional support, and motivation to overcome the challenges they face.

One-on-one sessions

One-on-one mentorship gives young people the opportunity to build a consistent relationship with a trusted mentor.

We support young people as they reflect on their goals, relationships, education, personal challenges, and future aspirations. Where appropriate, young people can also be connected to additional support when their needs go beyond the scope of mentorship.

Group therapy

Group therapy sessions brings young people together in small, supportive groups where they can learn from one another and engage in guided discussions.

Sessions explore topics such as goal-setting, education, decision-making, relationships, communication, self-awareness, and other essential life skills.

The group environment allows young people to share experiences, learn from different perspectives, and develop the confidence to express themselves.

School mentorship

We work with partner schools in Kawangware to provide structured mentorship to young people, including learners in Grades 6.

Through regular sessions, we engage learners on topics such as confidence, resilience, relationships, decision-making, personal responsibility, and life skills.

By bringing mentorship into schools, we are able to reach young people in an environment where they spend much of their time and provide support that compliments their academic development.
